Excelsior College Swat recognizes the importance of maintaining discipline within the institution, and for this purpose, a Proctorial Board has been established. The Proctorial Board works closely with the principal to uphold discipline and ensure a conducive learning environment for all students. It comprises both teaching staff members and student representatives, including proctors, monitors, and captains from each class. The board is led by a Chief Proctor, Mr. Faiz Muhammad Khan, who plays a key role in overseeing the activities of the Proctorial Board.

Members of the Proctorial Board are selected annually based on their exemplary qualities and leadership potential. They are entrusted with the responsibility of upholding strict disciplinary standards and maintaining order during official and social gatherings within the college.

Assisting the Chief Proctor is Mr. Fazal Haq, the Staff Proctor, who supports the board in its disciplinary efforts.
