The Examination Cell at Excelsior College Swat plays a critical role in the administration of exams. The Controller of Examinations, Mr. Muhammad Akbar, is responsible for maintaining records of all examinations conducted at the college. To ensure that students are not discouraged, a progressive idea was introduced, where students scoring 50% or more marks but failing in one or more subjects are designated as NPA (No Position Awarded). Students scoring less than 50% marks in aggregate are labeled as TTA (Try Try Again), encouraging them to improve.

The Controller’s duties include preparing question papers, assigning exam duties to teachers, checking and counter-checking answer sheets, and declaring results. Assisting the Controller is the Assistant Controller of Examinations, Mr. Muhammad Ameen, who supports in the smooth functioning of the Examination Cell.

Additionally, Mr. Akhtar Ali serves as support staff, providing assistance and support to the Examination Cell in various administrative tasks.
